     - Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear, etc.) due to hygiene reasons.

     - Customized or personalized items.

     - Sale or clearance items.

3. Return Process:

   - Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents.

   - Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

 

4. Return Shipping:

   - The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

   - We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return and retaining the shipping receipt for reference.

5. Refund or Exchange:

   - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within 2-3 business days.

   - Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

   - If you prefer an exchange, please specify the desired item and size. Additional charges may apply if the new item has a higher price.

6. Store Credit:

   - Alternatively, we offer store credit for eligible returns. Store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire.
